Deposit and Payment

 

A 50% deposit is required to begin printing. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete and before we release the order for shipping.

Additional Fees, Returns & Exchange policy

Once customized orders have been confirmed and printed there are no refunds or
exchanges on these orders.


Designs uploaded for embroidery will incur a digitizing cost, which will be priced based on the intricacy of the design.



Designs uploaded for custom heat transfer services will be printed as is.
 Art Fees: If extensive modifications are required to heat transfer designs, art fees will be assessed at $25.00/half hour. Infinity Embroidery will contact you before making any major modifications.

 

RETURNS

Returns on all sale merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must still be intact.

 Final sale merchandise—including discounted items cannot be returned.

 Final sale merchandise cannot be returned online or in person.
